Several years ago we started to keep a few hundred bottles of each of our most representative wines.
Our main reason for doing this is to allow us to assess the development of our wines with periodic tastings.
Secondly, we hope that this "historical legacy" will also allow the public to understand our work.
Here we offer a few of these wines, aimed at those who – like me – believe that a high-quality product is at its best only after several years of bottle ageing.
